More Barney: Feds Have Plenty Of Money

The cost of a massive bailout is estimated at between $500 billion and $1.2 trillion, but Barney Frank tells CSPAN: "We have enough money, clearly."

He adds: "Look, I was in Congress on Sept 10, 2001 and I can tell you that there was not money in budget then for a war in Iraq, but somehow they found it…We are a society with money, We can find the money, but the question is, will it work?
