Man with unusual face tattoos arrested in Oklahoma

BROKEN ARROW, Okla. -- Police in Oklahoma said they were called to a convenience store Dec. 30 after a clerk said a man came in wearing a mask, reports CBS affiliate KOTV.

The man, later identified by police as 36-year-old Michael Carter, has previously been seen at a nearby burger restaurant wearing a red devil costume and a gold mask over his eyes.

At the convenience store, the clerk told police she had asked Carter to leave, but that he instead locked himself inside the men's bathroom.

Police said Carter swore and yelled at officers for about 10 minutes before leaving. When he came out, they discovered his face is covered in tattoos, including Stars of David, a swastika and the words "Jesus Christ."

Carter was arrested on a complaint of interfering with an officer.
