McCain Targeting Latinos

It's not on the air (yet?), but the McCain campaign released a new ad/video featuring the presumptive GOP nominee reaching out to Latinos, and, specifically, Latino small businesses owners. McCain speaks directly to the camera in the spot, with Spanish subtitles appearing below him as he does so.

"The fastest growing segment of the economy is Latino-owned small businesses," McCain says as the video opens. "I know it. I come from Arizona – a state that has a large Latino small business community." He goes onto discuss his economic plan, which includes "pro-innovation immigration policies."

The ad comes on the heels of McCain's Cinco de Mayo launch of his Spanish-language Web site.
