A new manual named after al Qaeda chief bomb maker Midhat Mursi al Sayid Umar, who was known as Abu Khabab al Masri was distributed online today. The 34-page manual, written by a person using the name "Brother Abu Safiyah," gives details about a variety of materials used in the making of bombs and ways to produce them at home.
