Man Covered in Blood Walks into Miami Police Station, Confesses To Stabbing Woman

MIAMI (CBS/WFOR) A bizarre scene unfolded at the Miami-Dade Police Department headquarters on Wednesday morning when a man walked into the building covered in blood and made a startling confession.

According to CBS affiliate WFOR, police said the man drove his white pickup truck into the police department parking lot, walked into the station and told police he had just stabbed his female neighbor.

Officers rushed to the location and found the injured woman. She was transported to the hospital.

Her condition is not known.

The man was arrested and charged with aggravated battery.

Police haven't released a motive, but do say this was not a domestic disturbance.
