NEW YORK (CBS) A former female employee of a Los Angeles law firm is suing her former employer, claiming that the firms partners' "obsession with discussing sex" contributed to a frat house-like atmosphere - including a trip to an LA bikini bar complete with lap dances paid for by the founding partner, according to the lawsuit filed this month.

Ashlee Ilewicz has filed a sexual harassment and wrongful termination lawsuit against Glancy Binkow & Goldberg and its founding partner Lionel Z. Glancy, according to The Los Angeles Times.

In the lawsuit which was filed this month in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Ilewicz claims that she along with the other female employees at the firm were subjected to a hostile work environment that included "partners' obsession with discussing sex in the workplace and derogatory comments about women," the paper reported.

One of the offensive incidents cited in the suit is the 2009 holiday party in which Glancy allegedly took the staff to a Los Angeles bikini bar called Fantasy Island, paid for their admission, and even purchased a lap dance for at least one of the employees, according to the Times.

Ilewicz who worked as an investigator at the firm for 14 months before she was fired in December 2009 says she was fired for complaining about the performance of an attorney and was subjected to a hostile work environment at the firm, the Times reported.

A lawyer representing Glancy told the Daily Journal that the allegations were false and that they intended to fight the lawsuit.
