Lohan Really, Really Revealed?

Life just got a little more embarrassing for Lindsay Lohan.

Compromising photos of the 20-year-old actress spread quickly around the Web — from Gawker to TMZ to PerezHilton to Egotastic — revealing more of her than many of us ever thought possible: what may or may not be her crotch.

Later Wednesday night, however, some blogs had posted a different version of the photo which showed Lohan wearing underwear. It is not yet clear whether the pictures have been Photoshopped or altered in any way.

The pictures were shot in Venice, where Lohan is with her boyfriend and rumored fiancé, Harry Morton — son of Hard Rock Hotel chairman Peter Morton — to promote her film "Bobby" at the Venice International Film Festival. She arrived on Tuesday.

The photos were taken as Lohan was being helped off a boat. Her dress appears to have billowed up, revealing that she's not wearing any underwear. Lohan's publicist did not return The ShowBuzz's request for comment.

Lohan has been having a rough go of it lately.

Earlier this summer, she engaged in a public battle with heiress turned pop star Paris Hilton and her oil heir buddy, Brandon Davis, who dubbed Lohan "Firecrotch" because of her red hair. Davis was caught on video singing about the nickname and later, Lohan accused Hilton of hacking into her BlackBerry.

In July, James G. Robinson, who heads the company that is producing her current movie, "Georgia Rule," wrote Lohan a widely publicized letter railing about her immature behavior, partying and chronic lateness.

On top of that, her imprisoned father's run-ins with the law are no secret. He is currently serving up to four years for drunken driving, contempt of court and assault in New York's Collins Correctional Facility.

But Lohan can take heart in the fact that she is not alone in her struggle. On Tuesday, Jennifer Aniston won a lawsuit against paparazzo Peter Brandt, who snapped topless photographs of the actress while she was in her home.
