Levi Johnston Appears on "The Last Word," Gets Asked Same Questions as Sarah Palin
NEW YORK (CBS) Levi Johnston is following in Sarah Palin's footsteps - in more ways than one.
The father of the former vice presidential candidate's grandchild (and ex-fiance of her daughter Bristol) says he's running for Palin's old post, mayor of Wasilla, Alaska, for an upcoming reality TV show that's in development. And in a recent interview, he was subjected to some of the same questions she was on the campaign trail.
On MSNBC's "The Last Word" Tuesday night, host Lawrence O'Donnell posed to Johnson the same questions Palin was asked in her interview with "CBS Evening News" anchor Katie Couric during the 2008 campaign. Among then were questions on evolution, abstinence and what newspapers he reads regularly.
