Kurdish Rebels Release Video of Attack On Turkish Base

The Kurdish Workers' Party (PKK) released a video of an attack on the Turkish military base in Bizlieh. The 26-minute video shows a large groups of PKK fighters, including some women, taking their positions on top of a mountain overlooking the Turkish army base in the valley below before shelling the base with rounds of ammunition and rockets, setting one of its main buildings on fire. The group said the attack took place on May 8th and claimed 29 Turkish soldiers were killed and seven military vehicles and an ammunition warehouse destroyed.
