NEW YORK (CBS) Kim Kardashian is taking legal action against Pipedream Products, a US company that has developed a life-sized inflatable adult toy inspired after her.

Kardashian's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, slapped the company, which also sells blow-up dolls modeled after Beyonce, Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton, with a cease-and-desist letter, demanding they end production of the "Kinky Kim Filthy Love Doll."

In the letter, obtained by E! Online, Holley claims the doll, which on the box is described as a "busty bubble-butt bimbo,"  violates Kardashian's right of publicity.

A rep for the Pipedream Products told  the celebrity website TMZ that "the similarity between the Kinky Kim doll and Ms. Kardashian is purely coincidental."

There seems to be a strong case against the company as Kardashian isn't the only celeb taking action.

Lady Gaga's legal team reportedly threatened the company with a copyright infringement lawsuit.  Now the Gaga-inspired doll is no longer available on the Pipedream Products website.
