Katie Couric's Notebook: Goodling Testimony
On Capitol Hill today, Monica Goodling said that she "may have gone too far in asking political questions of applicants" in hearings over the firing of eight U.S. Attorneys. Perhaps the Bush administration has learned politics shouldn't trump competence when it comes to running the government.
