Justice Ginsburg Back To Work
Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is back on the bench, as CBS News Correspondent Stephanie Lambidakis reports.
Ginsburg walked into court smiling Monday, and sounded like her old self during oral arguments.
While doctors say the judge's prognosis is good, she may miss some of the arguments. But court watchers note that the Supreme Court justices are a hardy bunch.
"They stay on for a very long time, because I think of the combination of the excitement, the interest, and the power, which is hard to give up," says Georgetown law professor David Cole.
