(CBS/AP) -  Apparently, reality TV star Jesse James is not the only rebel in his family.

James' older sister, Juliana James England, was arrested at her residence by agents on June 9 for allegedly embezzling $400,000 from her former employer. The FBI is now investigating the case and if convicted of the charges, she could face up to 60 years in prison.

England is accused of using the checkbook and online account of Callan Wester Sales, the California-based company where she worked from 2000 to 2007, for personal expenses.

The FBI says the fraud was discovered after the business closed in 2007. That is when the owners received credit card statements with charges listed that were not related to the business.

England's son reportedly denied to RadarOnline.com that his mother was ever arrested.

According to Radar, England's next court appearance is scheduled for December 13, 2011.
