NEW YORK (CBS) Jersey Shore's Jenni "J-WOWW" Farley has won a legal battle preventing ex-boyfriend Tom Lippolis from releasing nude photos of the enhanced reality star.

However, he claims she has not yet won the war.

Earlier this month, Farley filed a court order at Nassau Supreme Court in Long Island, New York to stop the release of photos that were taken by Lippolis before she underwent her second breast augmentation and liposuction.

She claimed that her scorned lover and former manager was trying to "cash-in" on the images which he took while she was under anesthesia, and therefore, unable to consent, reports RadarOnline.

Lippolis claimed that because Farley had told him, pre-fame, that she had thought about posing for Playboy, he should be able to publish the pictures.

Judge Jeffrey S. Brown sided with Farley and blocked the release of the photos.

"Jenni is obviously very happy that the judge saw it her way," Farley's attorney Rudy Fusco told FOX. "Tom is out there right now, doing a lot of press, radio shows and the Twitter, the Facebook - all that fun stuff. I saw a post of his describing the pictures, and that's not the whole story - trust me. The pictures are a lot more graphic than that. They're not what he's making them out to be."

After the ruling, Lippolis told Radar Online "the nude pictures should be the least of her worries, she has much bigger issues in her life that she needs to deal with."

According to the gossip site, Farley and Lippolis called it quits after the "Shore" socialite was photographed kissing a 35-year-old truck driver from New Jersey.
