It's Easy To Look Good

Babies are not the only ones getting a haircut on The Early Show. It is only fair to give their moms new coifs so they'll look good as their kids.

As almost any woman who's had a child will attest, it's nearly impossible to tend to your hair and makeup when chasing a toddler around. Once the little one starts to walk (or run), mom's hair and makeup routine seemingly go straight out the window.

But according to stylist to the stars David Evangelista, it doesn't have to be that way.

Here are the profiles of the moms who were on Monday's The Early Show:

Geneva Knoles
Southern California

Geneva's sister, Amy, emailed us to tell us about Geneva and her 14-month-old daughter Olivia. According to Amy, Geneva has looked the same way for the past several years, and as the mother of four children (aged 14 months - 11 years old), Geneva rarely takes time to do her hair and makeup. Now that Olivia's hair is in check, David will transform Geneva's blonde hair into a hairstyle she can do in minutes.

Melissa Rodriguez
Rehoboth Beach, Del.

Melissa's mother, Jo-Ann, wrote us to tell us why Melissa and her 10-month-old son, Jonathan, needed haircuts. "My daughter works very hard as the owner of her own dog grooming shop, 'The Pampered Pet,' but she always has her hair in a ponytail."

And Melissa herself says, "I know how to do a dog's hair. I have no clue how to do mine." Dealing with puppies and little Jonathan all day does not afford Melissa a lot of time to spend on herself, so Evangelista will give her a new hairstyle that she can do in minutes, and a makeup routine that takes no time to do.
