48 Hours reports on the dramatic stories of courage on board Flight 11, the first plane to hit the World Trade Center.

Part 1: The crew and passengers aboard Flight 11 had no idea that their trip would change history. Among those on board was Jean Roger, a flight attendant. "My daughter loved what she was doing, and she loved flying," says Tom Roger, her father. Jean was aboard Flight 11, the first plane to crash into the Twin Towers. What happened to her and others who were on board Flight 11.

Part 2: Even after the hijacking happened, some of the crew kept in contact with people on the ground. What did they say? And how are family members reacting since the crash?
