(CBS News) Much of the country is still suffering from a devastating drought, but throughout parts of the South, rain is providing some much-needed relief.
But it could also cause flooding problems for low-lying areas.
CBS News correspondent Anna Werner reported on the situation from Houston, where she said the severe weather could bring up to seven inches of rain in some spots.
A flash flood watch remains in effect in Houston and throughout parts of southeast Texas.
