"Geezer Bandit" strikes again, but this time leaves day planner at the bank
(CBS LOS ANGELES) - Even an elusive bank robber apparently needs a calendar.
Authorities say the notorious "Geezer Bandit," who is wanted in more than x Southern California bank robberies, left some important evidence behind at his most recent heist.

According to CBS Los Angeles, the suspect, who robbed a Bank of America branch in San Luis Obispo on Friday, dropped the calendar in the parking lot.
During the robbery, a teller placed some cash and red dye in a bag, which the suspect placed in his day planner before running off.
"I think the shock of the dye pack actually exploding in the bag created a diversion enough for him to obviously drop both the money and the other items that he was carrying," said Capt. Chris Staley of the San Luis Obispo police.
The FBI said recently the masked robber may, in fact, not be a "geezer" at all, and could even be a woman.
The "Geezer Bandit" is wanted for robbing banks in Temecula, Bakersfield and Goleta.
A $20,000 reward has been offered for information leading to his - or her - arrest and conviction.
