Emir Dokka Denounces Use of Cluster Bombs in Chechnya

The leader of the Emirate of Caucasus, Dokka Abu Usman, denounced the use of cluster bombs in areas inhabited by civilian population in Caucasus, by the Russian Army.

"I want to demonstrate to you today the arsenal of gifts brought by Putin to the Caucasus," Dokka said, in the video released by Kavkaz TV.

"Putin and his agents in Caucasus are demonstrating every day how they introduce order, how they bring peace to Caucasian people," he said.

Dokka displayed to the camera one of those bombs, which he said killed and injured many poor Chechen villagers who accidentally stepped on them as they walked in the bushes near their villages.
