Egyptian Weapons Making Manual Distributed On The Web

A new 203-page explosives and weapon making manual has been distributed on Islamist military preparation blogs on the Internet. The new manual has been put together by a group called "The Salafist Fighting Group in Egypt – aka Partisans of God." It also includes sections on the preparation of poisonous gases, topography, operations' planning, and medical and surgical care for war casualties.
