Day 51: President Obama's Schedule

President Obama will begin his 51st day in office with his daily and economic briefings in the Oval Office. The economic briefing will be given by Treasury Secretary Geithener. Later, the president will meet with senior advisers.

Later in the morning, President Obama will make remarks concerning earmark reforms from the Executive Office Building.

This afternoon, he will deliver remarks and sign an Executive Order creating the White House Council on Women and Girls in the East Room. He will be joined by the first lady and Jill Biden.

Finally, the President will have closed meetings with Democratic members of the Senate and House Budget Committees. Here is more from the White House press office (all times eastern):
