Day 10: Obama Knocks Wall Street On Bonuses

On his tenth day in office, President Obama called the fact that more than $18 billion was paid out in Wall Street bonuses last year "shameful."

"There will be time for them to make profits, and there will be time for them to get bonuses," Mr. Obama said. "Now's not that time."

Mr. Obama also signed the first bill of his presidency, the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Restoration Act, which makes it easier for workers to sue after discovering what they believe to be pay discrimination.

And he named his Super Bowl pick: Sorry, Cardinals fans.
