Dancing With The Stars

Five teams left, and two dances each. It's going to be a packed show!

Super Springer is up first. He is telling us that he is determined to really take these dances seriously this week. His daughter, Katie, called him and told him she thought he could do better. This inspired him to do a darn good foxtrot that the judges and the audience both liked. Scores: Carrie 8, Len 8, Bruno 8. Can he keep it up for the hip-swinging Mambo?

Next up is Monique, who took a beating from the judges last week. She's the only female celebrity left in the competition. She does the quickstep first. I have never really enjoyed the quickstep, so I won't pass judgment and leave the scores to the pros. But I will say Monique danced a lot of the dance with her foot stuck in her dress so she has to get points for that. Scores: Carrie 9, Len 9, Bruno 9. Nice job!

Emmitt is tackling the waltz first. He notes the struggles he is having with it during rehearsal because it's boring. Which it is — zzzzzzzzzzzzz. But despite how boring the dance is, Emmitt does a wonderful job. Scores: Carrie 10, Len 9, Bruno 9.

Mario is taking on the foxtrot. Seems like the lovebirds are about to best each other up in practice. But I know on the dance floor they will rock it. The routine was very cute and graceful. Scores: Carrie 10, Len 9, Bruno 10.

Joey is up last in the ballroom routines doing the foxtrot. I loved it. He really did great and Carrie called it flawless. Scores: Carrie 10, Len 9, Bruno 10.

Now it's time for the Latin round. Let's start with the mambo.

Jerry is up first. He does all right. He has gotten a lot better, but let's be real — he needs to go home next because he has the least amount of dancing skills. He is always fun to watch, though. Scores: Carrie 7, Len 8, Bruno 7.

Monique fights through the Paso doble with ease. The judges like this one and it's a good night for her. Scores: Carrie 9, Len 9, Bruno 9.

Emmitt is working the mambo tonight. This guy has hip action, not to mention his partner Cheryl is incredible. She can work a dance floor like I have never seen. It was my favorite dance of the night. I don't even need to see the rest to tell you that. Scores: Carrie 10, Len 10, Bruno 9.

Mario is dancing the jive. It was fun and Mario was working some foot action. Scores: Carrie 9, Len 9, Bruno 9.

Joey is up last with the mambo. I hope this dance gets him out of the bottom because it was good. He deserves to stay in this competition. Scores: Carrie 9, Len 9, Bruno 10.

Alright, I'm danced out. Vote for your favorite!
