Adreana Seay CBS Detroit

(CBS) FERNDALE, Mich. - A metro Detroit woman who has had her driver's license suspended 12 times is facing new charges after hitting a police car, which was totaled, although the officer is okay.

Ferndale police say Andreana Seay was arrested late Monday night for drunk driving, leaving the scene of an accident and driving on a suspended license, CBS Detroit reported.

The station reports Seay drove away after the crash with her headlights off and her car leaking fluid. Shortly after that, other officers tracked her down.

Along with the new charges, Seay was also wanted on several other traffic warrants and police say she has a previous conviction for driving with a suspended license.
