Cops: Naked man breaks into home from rooftop, bites couple

SAN FRANCISCO -- Police say a San Francisco couple was attacked early Sunday by a naked man who broke into their home and bit them.

CBS San Francisco reports the incident happened around 3 a.m. Sunday. The couple and several neighbors heard loud noises above their home as the intruder was reportedly going from rooftop to rooftop.

The suspect, who police had nary a stitch of clothing, broke a side window and entered the couple's home through an upper floor. He reportedly fought with the homeowner and bit him on the shoulder, and then jumped into a bed with the homeowner's wife and bit her on the leg.

The man was quickly taken into custody. Neighbors told CBS San Francisco the man had to be restrained, and was screaming incoherently.

"He was crazy," witness Stephen Wong told the station. "I saw them take a guy out on a stretcher and put him in an ambulance."

The suspect's name has not been released.
