4697423White House Press Secretary Dana Perino announced last night that the Vice President Dick Cheney will be in a wheelchair at today's inauguration, reports the Associated Press.
Perino said Cheney pulled a muscle in his back while moving boxes into his new home in the Washington suburbs and that his doctor recommended he use a wheelchair for a few days.
