Candy-Flavored Vegetables

Most kids know vegetables are good for them. But there are lots of other things they would rather eat.

So a company in England tried selling veggies that taste like other things.

They decided against selling bubble-gum-flavored broccoli. But they did sell carrots that taste like chocolate and corn that tastes like pizza.

Even cauliflower that tastes like salt and vinegar. Well, the idea was to get kids to eat more vegetables.

But it's an idea that the kids of England just didn't swallow. So the stores have stopped selling the fancy-flavored veggies. Now, kids there will have to eat carrots that taste like carrots.
