PHILADELPHIA (CBS/AP) What killed Claudia Aderotimi?

The young Englishwoman died after receiving cosmetic injections in her buttocks at a hotel near Philidelphia International Airport, and police want to know why. They questioned one woman in connection with the case and are seeking to question a second.

Aderotimi, a 20-year-old from London, died at a hospital Monday after experiencing chest pain and breathing trouble.

The cause of death has been listed as undetermined, pending further studies. But whatever its cause, the death serves as a reminder that cosmetic surgery isn't risk-free.

To minimize the risks, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons recommends picking a board-certified plastic surgeon, and to do some homework - including talking to other patients - to learn the risks as well as the potential benefits of the procedure being considered. If the operation is to be performed outside of a hospital, the society says, make sure the outpatient surgery center is accredited.
