Burr: Rove's Wrong

Even conservatives like Sen. Richard Burr are contradicting Karl Rove, after The Architect predicted a 330-plus electoral vote blowout for Barack Obama.

“We are going to find out tonight that even Karl Rove can miss an election,” Burr said in an interview Tuesday afternoon on MSNBC.

“This isn’t going to be determined by the pollsters and the news outlets. This is going to be determined by the American people. And I have a lot of confidence in them, having been on the ground the last couple days.”

Burr predicted a “3 to 6 percent” victory for McCain in his home state of North Carolina.
