A Brave New World
And that brings us to the third revolution, the one we joined this week with the launching of our elaborate new website, CBS.com. As we move into this brave new world, we are conscious of the proud CBS tradition, and of the remarkable journalists who built that tradition and set the standards that will serve as our guidelines.
Living up to those standards and that tradition will be a formidable task. But even more formidable is the goal we have set for ourselves, and that is to leave as strong and lasting a legacy to those who follow us as the one we have inherited from our illustrious predecessors.
