A Brave Little Girl

In 1993, Julianne Prudhomme was born in Idaho, with a harsh disease called multiple intestinal artesia, which narrowed her intestines and damages other internal organs. Last year, in March, she underwent a transplant operation during which she received five new organs.

Although the medicine involved was miraculous, more amazing was Julianne's spirit. She was always cheerful and happy. Several times over her short life, she almost died.

In April, 1997, she was featured on 48 Hours.

On July 30, after severe complications, she died.
