A Bomb In Less Than 60 Seconds

A member on al Maarek forum posted videos showing how to make chlorine bombs, which are small-scale explosive devices that use the pressure of chlorine gas to produce a loud explosion. The videos showed that such devices could be produced by simply mixing chorine to milk or alcohol. The man in the video said he was not sure how much damage such devices could produce, but noted "it would surely struck terror in the infidels hearts."
