911: Broadway Dancer Dead

INTRODUCTION
New York, NY, November 27, 2005

Catherine Woods, an aspiring Broadway dancer, is stabbed 20 times and nearly decapitated in her bedroom. Her roommate, ex-boyfriend David Haughn, calls 911.

CONCLUSION
Catherine Woods' new boyfriend Paul Cortez claims he was home at the time of the murder, but police disprove his alibi with cell phone records and a bloody fingerprint at the crime scene. Cortez is convicted and sentenced to 25 years to life in prison.
