Reckless driving, pursuit suspect arrested after lengthy pursuit
A pursuit that began in a suspect performing donuts in an intersection turned into a lengthy pursuit through South Los Angeles and the surrounding areas. Authorities engaged and disengaged on several occasions due to the erratic nature of the suspect's driving. The suspect, believed to be in the midst of a mental crisis, was arrested outside of what is believed to be their residence.
