Police still engaged in standoff with armed carjacking suspect in Newport Beach
Nicole Comstock reports from Newport Beach, where police remained engaged in a lengthy standoff with an armed carjacking suspect who stole two vehicles Tuesday evening before fleeing from police and holing up inside of a home under construction.
