OC judge ordered to turn over passport after pleading not guilty to fatally shooting wife
Orange County Superior Court Judge Jeffrey Ferguson pleaded not guilty to a murder charge that alleges he fatally shot his wife in early August during an argument. Though he remains free on bond, he was ordered to accept a number of bail conditions in court on Tuesday. Michele Gile reports.
