Man arrested in animal abuse case, rising gas prices streak ends, Taylor Swift LA pop-up display
Police have arrested a man they believe could be connected to multiple animal abuse incidents in the South Bay. Also, a 28-day streak of rising gas prices in LA and Orange Counties has ended.
