Long Beach woman reacts after DA fails to file felony charges against man who sexually assaulted her
Nicole Comstock speaks with the woman who was targeted during a blatant and obscene sexual assault in Long Beach, all of which was caught on camera. She says that she's beyond disappointed to hear that the Los Angeles DA failed to file felony charges in the case, but happy to see that Long Beach city officials are offering her their full support in changing that.
