All across the city Angelenos have a plethora of options for desserts, but when craving a sweet treat, there is no need to settle for just an average dessert. In Los Angeles there are a number of desserts that stand out that will satisfy any dessert fiend's sweet tooth. So long are the days of the simple cookie, pie or ice cream. Restaurants are now creating signature over-the-top dessert options that stand out and here are 14 options that truly are outrageous.
