Manny will not be in uniform tonight, will make debut tomorrow
UPDATE (2:04 pm): Manny Ramirez won't be in uniform for the White Sox as they take on the Indians. He will make his Sox debut tomorrow.
The White Sox have a acquired Manny in a straight waiver claim and will have pick up the remaining $4.3 million left on his contract for this year.
ORIGINAL POST (10:09 am): The Score's White Sox insider Joe Cowley has reported that Manny Ramirez is on his way to Cleveland where the Sox will play the Indians. According to Cowley there's a chance that Manny could start for the Sox tonight.
It still hasn't been confirmed whether this was a straight waiver claim or if the Sox and Dodgers were able to work out a trade. If its a straight waiver claim then the Sox would have to pay the remaining $4.3 million on Manny's contract.
