TOLEDO, Ohio (CBS/AP) Police in Ohio say they are getting closer to identifying the suspects in a wild Oct. 8 shootout that sent patrons scrambling for cover as at least five gunmen sprayed bullets into the crowded bar. And one of the men they are looking for is the cook.
Amazingly, much of the movie-like drama was caught by security cameras of Route 66 Kitchen. The best of it starts about one minute into the tape.

Susan Klebold Essay in O Magazine: Columbine Killer's Mom "Haunted by the Horror" Son Caused

DENVER (CBS/AP) In an essay in the upcoming issue of "O, The Oprah Magazine," Susan Klebold, the mother of Columbine killer, Dylan Klebold, says she is "haunted by the horror and anguish" her son caused and didn't realize he was so disturbed.
On April 20, 1999, Dylan Klebold and Eric Harris stormed into Columbine High School in suburban Denver armed with shotguns, pistols and homemade bombs. They killed 12 students and a teacher in a shooting rampage that ended in their own suicides. Twenty-four others were injured in the melee and the resulting panic to escape.

FRANKFORT, Ky. (CBS/AP) In Kentucky politics, the name Nunn once meant a life of privilege.
Louie B. Nunn was the state's governor in the late 1960s and was affectionately called "the John Wayne of Kentucky politics." His son, Steve Nunn, had 15 years in the state legislature and an unsuccessful bid to follow his father's footsteps into the governor's mansion.

Self-Help Guru James Arthur Ray "Frustrated and Confused" Over Angel Valley Sweat Lodge Deaths

LOS ANGELES (CBS/AP) James Arthur Ray, the man who led a spiritual retreat in Arizona where two people died after being overcome in a sweat lodge, broke down in tears as he said the tragedy has left him "frustrated and confused."
At a seminar outside Los Angeles, the self-help expert addressed the deaths of Kirby Brown, 38, of Westtown, N.Y., and James Shore, 40, of Milwaukee.

Chetania Davis (Pictures): Stripper Stabs Stripper with Stiletto in the Face

AKRON, Ohio (CBS/AP) — Perhaps Ohio exotic dancer Chetania Davis has shoes that are made for stabbing. The 22-year-old stripper has been sentenced to a year of probation for attacking a fellow exotic dancer in the face with a stiletto heel.
In a deal with prosecutors, Davis, who is eight months pregnant, pleaded guilty Tuesday in Akron to a misdemeanor assault charge.

Busted! Maria Shriver Caught Talking on Cell Phone While Driving

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (CBS/AP) Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger is calling out his wife, Maria Shriver, for apparently violating a state law he signed — talking on a cell phone while driving.
The celebrity Web site TMZ.com posted two photographs Tuesday showing Shriver holding a phone to her ear while she's behind the wheel. It says one was snapped Sunday and the other in July.
