Florence is now a tropical depression, but it still causing catastrophic flooding in North and South Carolina. CBS News weather producer David Parkinson joined CBSN to provide the latest forecast.
Severe storms and a tornado spawned by the remnants of Florence have killed at least one person near Richmond, Virginia. Another tornado touched down Monday just north of North Carolina. CBS News national correspondent Chip Reid reports.
