Church fires
In Missouri, a $2,000 reward is being offered for any information leading to the arrest of a suspected arsonist targeting churches in predominately black neighborhoods. Since October 8, six church fires have been set in the St. Louis area, near Ferguson, all within a three-mile radius.
Families torn apart
Desperate parents are breaking up their families to save their children. At least 15,000 kids have applied for refugee status in Sweden. Among the new arrivals are a record number of teenagers travelling on their own, including 13-year-old Omar Wahibbi from Damascus. He told CBS News about his mother's tearful farewell, and his hopes for the future.
