Police say a woman in Quincy, a suburb south of Boston, is accused of punching a restaurant worker who put more pickles on her steak and cheese sandwich than she could stomach.

Search for missing NOLA teacher continues

(CBS/NOLA.com) NEW ORLEANS-- The search for missing Harvey school teacher Terrilyn Monette continued on Sunday after authorities were forced off Bayou St. John on Friday and Saturday due to thunderstorms, reported Nola.com.

While the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries has drudged up 17 cars from the waterway, none of them are the black Honda Accord that belonged to Monette, said the website.

(CBS/AP) PHILADELPHIA - Dr. Kermit Gosnell, the 72-year-old abortion doctor accused of murdering four babies after they were allegedly born alive during abortion procedures at his Philadelphia clinic, was found guilty of three counts of first-degree murder Monday.

Gosnell was also found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the death of a patient who came to him for a later-term abortion procedure.
