(CBS/WGCL) FAIRBURN, Ga. - A woman in north Georgia is in police custody after allegedly running over her boyfriend with her car, killing him. Sharees Dennard, 30, is charged with murder, according to police in Fairburn, about 20 miles from Atlanta.

(CBS) - "Terminator 3" actor Nick Stahl has reemerged a week after his wife reported him missing. E! News reports that Stahl contacted his wife, Rose Murphy, telling her that he has checked into rehab. Murphy confirmed that her husband entered such a facility Saturday night.

(CBS/AP) NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. - Former Rutgers student Dharun Ravi will be sentenced today in a New Jersey court for using a webcam to spy on his roommate kissing another man. A judge will decide whether Ravi will be sent to jail for the spying of 18-year-old Tyler Clementi in the days that lead up to his suicide in September 2010.

5x drunk driver sentenced to 45 years in prison

(CBS) FORT WORTH - A judge has sentenced a North Texas man to 45 years in prison after he was convicted of driving while intoxicated for the fifth time, CBSDFW reported.

Jurors only deliberated four minutes before finding 59-year-old Stephen Hall guilty. The Fort Worth man chose to have a judge decide his punishment.

Calif. woman gets life for millionaire's murder

(CBS/AP) SANTA ANA, Calif. - Nanette Ann Packard, a Southern California woman convicted in the 1994 shooting death of her millionaire live-in boyfriend, William Francis McLaughlin, has been sentenced to life in prison without parole.

Packard convinced her then lover, former NFL linebacker Eric Naposki, to commit the killing, prosecutors said.
