(CBS/AP) San Jose, Calif. - Thomas Langenbach, a Silicon Valley tech executive, now faces charges after authorities say he put fake bar codes on hundreds of Lego sets at various Target stores so he could buy the toys at steeply discounted prices. He then sold them online for thousands of dollars in profits.

(CBS/WKMG) ORLANDO, Fla. - A criminal attorney for Casey Anthony has accepted a subpoena requiring her to appear at her defamation trial.

According to CBS affiliate WKMG, lawyer Cheney Mason, who represented Anthony when she was on trial for the death of her daughter Caylee, accepted a subpoena requiring Anthony to appear for the civil trial on behalf of Zenaida Gonzalez.

(CBS) PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - Some Philadelphia college students and LGBT activists are expressing shock at Dharun Ravi's 30-day jail sentence for using a webcam to spy on his roommate during an intimate encounter with another man, CBS Philly reports. They say the sentence is too light to deter bullying.

(CBS/AP) MORGAN HILL, Calif. - Authorities say DNA evidence has linked a 21-year-old man in custody to the kidnapping and murder of missing Northern California teenager Sierra LaMar.
