WOBURN, Mass. (CBS/AP) Amy Bishop, accused of killing three fellow professors at the University of Alabama-Hunstville,  faces a rare investigative inquest beginning Tuesday  - but it's not about the alleged shooting deaths on campus Feb. 12.

COVINGTON, Ind. (CBS/AP/WKRC) A southwestern Indiana man accused of burning his girlfriend's two children to death was arrested in Covington over the weekend.

Jeffrey Weisheit led police on a high-speed chase during which police say he deliberately tried to kill two police officers.

Gilbert Arenas Playing Hoops in Halfway House?

ROCKVILLE, Md. (CBS/AP) Washington Wizards guard Gilbert Arenas might be playing hoops again, this time from his new home - a halfway house in Montgomery County.

The NBA star arrived Sunday evening to begin his 30-day sentence for bringing guns into his team's locker room.

Arenas will have access to a basketball hoop outside and be able to watch cable TV including his team's basketball games in a community room, according to the Washington Post.

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. (CBS/AP) Investigators with the Huntington Beach, Calif., police department say they have identified at least 21 women from serial killer Rodney Alcala's archive of hundreds of photos, and thankfully none are missing persons or homicide victims.

But they say they still have over 100 women, and two young men, yet to be identified and continue to ask for the public's help.
