Russia insists its fighter pilots were playing by the rules when they repeatedly buzzed a U.S. Navy destroyer in the Baltic Sea, but the Obama administration says the simulated attack passes were unsafe, and the U.S. will file a diplomatic protest. Russia, however, has made its point.
Risky maneuvers
If Donald Trump arrives at the Republican Convention having won the most votes, the most contests, and the most delegates -- all of which is very likely -- depriving him of the nomination would be an unprecedented move in the modern political era.
