A Taliban faction claims responsibility for a devastating terror attack in Lahore, Pakistan that targeted Christians celebrating Easter. Sunday's suicide bombing in a park filled with families killed at least 70 people.Lahore is one of Pakistan's most sophisticated and liberal cities and a different world from the poor, rural areas under the control of extremists.
