Shooter identified

One of the two gunmen who killed 20 tourists and others at a prominent Tunisian museum was known to intelligence services, Tunisia's prime minister said today, but no formal links to a particular terrorist group have been established. CBS News correspondent Allen Pizzey reports Tunisians are left to worry whether they are being swept into the deadly whirlpool of terrorism and fundamentalism that has swept across other parts of North Africa.

Accused killer called skinhead

A gunman killed one person and wounded five others yesterday in a rampage that included a motel shooting, a carjacking and a home invasion and ended with his arrest at a nearby apartment in suburban Phoenix, authorities said. Police later identified the suspect as Ryan Giroux. A mug shot from the Arizona Department of Corrections shows him with several face and neck tattoos, including the word "skinhead" where his eyebrows normally would be. Find out why Giroux was well known to police.

Excessive force?

The violent arrest of a black student at the University of Virginia spurred an independent investigation -- and outrage. Video shows the underage student beaten and bloody outside a bar, and many are questioning whether the "Alcoholic Beverage Control" agents used excessive force. CBS News correspondent Wyatt Andrews reports the incident is aggravating racial tensions on campus.

Race together

Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz is standing behind his company's campaign to spark conversations about race. CBS News correspondent Jericka Duncan reports that this week, baristas nationwide began serving coffee with the words "race together" on cups, and critics ridiculed the effort on social media. Schultz told "CBS This Morning" he fully expected a backlash because talking about race is difficult.

State of Black America

Amid ongoing tensions over the deaths of unarmed black men and teenagers at the hands of police, the National Urban League released its 2015 State of Black America report today. "Black America is in crisis -- a jobs crisis, an education crisis and a justice crisis," the civil rights group's president and CEO, Marc Morial, told CBS News. Get the report's details here.

Arsenic in wine

A proposed class action lawsuit is being filed today in California claiming some of the country's top selling wines have high levels of arsenic -- up to four and five times the maximum amount the EPA allows for drinking water. This comes after recent warnings about amounts of arsenic in apple juice and rice. CBS News correspondent Carter Evans reports on the new allegations against wine.

Defiant candidate

Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, doesn't have a lot of friends in Washington, and he's proud of it. He's feuded with Democrats and Republicans alike, championing a pugnacious brand of conservatism -- and a "make no concessions" legislative strategy -- that have made him as revered among right-wing activists. And that will not change as he hits the campaign trail for a possible 2016 presidential bid.

No control

We need to put to bed the notion that we can immunize ourselves from identity theft. Because we can't. Our information is too poorly protected in too many databases. Sure, we can do a few things to make certain types of theft a little harder. But as breach after breach after breach has shown, our biggest risks are beyond our control. CBS News MoneyWatch explains why.

Jumping to success

If you think of jumping rope as an art form, then the Firecrackers are masters. They're an extraordinary group of girls -- spanning fourth to eighth grades -- from South Lebanon, Ohio. The team was started 20 years ago by former physical education teacher Lynn Kelley. Many members of her team were from a trailer park. Kelley says her program isn't really about jump roping.
